For weekend reservations in the months of July and August, we require a minimum stay of two nights ( Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday) Single night reservations will be not accepted.
In case of cancellation or a change to the reservation:
We require a minimum of 72 hours notice before check-in time. (3:00 pm). Within the 72 hrs cancellation notice, you will be charged for the rate quoted to your credit card number you provided at the time of your reservation. For “block” reservations with 3 or more rooms for the same date(s), we require a 30-day cancellation notice with the same conditions as above in our cancellation policy.
Room rates are based on two guests per room, rate Peninsula room based on one guest.
Each additional guest in the room is $35.00 extra. Only available in Heritage room or Painters room.
